Brofind® is looking for an experienced Service-Field Engineering Technician with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance or similar fields. The resource will be in charge of the maintenance and repair of industrial plants, with frequent travel on national and European territory. The ideal candidate will have solid technical skills and a strong problem-solving orientation.

Competencies and skills
- Knowledge of the basics of electrical engineering and electromechanics.
- Basic knowledge of Siemens Simatic S7 and TIA Portal PLC programming, in order to carry out minor modifications to projects (the ability to develop entire projects is not required).
- Italian mother language and knowledge of English (written and spoken); knowledge of a second foreign language will be an asset.
- Availability for frequent travel in Italy and abroad.
- B-type driving licence.
- At least 10 years’ experience in the specific field or in similar sectors.
Duties and responsibilities
- Carrying out ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of industrial plants.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults in an effective and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the technical team to improve plant reliability and efficiency.
- Draw up technical reports and maintenance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during interventions.
- Keeping up to date with new technologies and working methods.
Hierarchical reporting
- The profile will report to the head of the technical department.
Employment contract
The contractual classification is open-ended, CCNL commerce.
